HERE IS HOW YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION WORKS:
1) Choose the session that best fits your needs.
2) Have a couple of dates in mind, as popular times book quickly.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
Sessions book anywhere from a week in advance up to four months in advance — it all depends on what type of photography is needed. July – November is peak season due to weddings, annual fall portraits, and preparations holiday cards and portraits. If you are pregnant and expecting we recommend you call to schedule in the last couple of months of pregnancy. Newborn sessions are recommended within the first 7-11 days of birth.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
We accept all forms of payment – cash, checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards (conducted through eMail invoicing). Payment is due at the time of order. All returned checks will incur a NSF fee and will be presented to your bank immediately. Due to the nature of our services we cannot offer refunds once the order is placed. All sales are final.
MINORS
Those under the age of 18 are required to have a parent/guardian present at the session.
POST SESSION
Your images are posted within 48-72 hours of your session date. You must select your favorite photos within 10 days from your session date. Session credits must be redeemed within two weeks of your session date. Information will be provided to you at the end of your session with details of what to do next.
HOW DO I/WE PURCHASE PRINTS/PRODUCTS?
Families/Children/Sports – Specialty-priced packages and products are available for only 30 days from your session date. Images purchased after 30 days are available per piece only.
High School Seniors – Specialty-priced packages and products are available for only 60 days from your session date. Images purchased after 60 days are available per piece only.
Weddings – Specialty-priced packages and products are available for only 90 days from your wedding date. Images purchased after 90 days are available per piece only.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
Photography is protected by Federal Copyright Laws. The copyright remains with How Charming Photography. We keep backups of all files and will gladly accept reprint orders should the need arise. Downloading images from the website or copying printed prints/products is an infringement of Copyright law…and may be accessed up to $5,000 in fines.
